SUNLUX NAIL SPA – SERVICE POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to inform you, our valued customer, about the services you can expect from our nail salon and the steps you may take if you are not satisfied with the services you receive.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone with a nail condition or health issue that we suspect may be contagious, or that could be further aggravated by our services.
  • Clients with diabetes: Please inform our technicians so we can provide services with proper care. No cutting services are allowed.
  • Anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • If your nails become scratched or misshapen, we will fix them if you notify the salon within 24 hours of your service.
  • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days of your initial service. We do not offer refunds or credits for a change of mind.
  • We will re-do any service at no additional cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, provided you inform us immediately during the service.
    However, if the technician confirms with you that you are satisfied before the service is completed, we will not redo the service for free.
  • Once you leave the salon, it is understood that you are satisfied and happy with your service.
  • We will charge for repairs or replacements required due to damage caused after you leave the salon.
    (For example, damage resulting from improper care that causes nails to break, chip, or lift.)
